At Slay by Glow, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, lace, and accessories intact.
The item must not show signs of wear, styling, cutting, coloring, or alteration.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Wigs with cut lace
Wigs that have been worn, styled, dyed, or altered
Hair extensions that have been opened or used
Beauty and personal care products that have been opened
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing or shipment has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
